Coby Android Ice Cream Sandwich Tablets

According to ChipChick, “All upcoming Coby tablets will run on a 1 GHz A8 ARM Cortex processor and feature 1 GB of RAM. Most will have 8 GB of on-board storage, plus a Micro SD card slot. The 7” and 8” tablets will only have 4 GB of on-board storage. All tablets have Wi-Fi compatibility and a rear-facing camera, though there appears to be nothing in the way of a front-facing camera.”

The Ice Cream Sandwich tablet models were first unveiled at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in January 2012 where Coby’s new line-up of Android 4.0 models made their national retail debut.

  • 9″ MID9042 (16:10 aspect ratio, SRP $259)
  • 9.7″ MID9742 (4:3 aspect ratio, SRP $279)
  • 10″ MID1042 (16.9 aspect ratio, SRP $289)
  • 10″ MID1045 (16:10 aspect ratio, SRP $299)

With access to thousands of apps, the brand-new feature?filled tablets includes:

  • 1GHz Cortex A8 processor
